Apple looks to help businesses get setup with Join Venture. This is a great idea for businesses considering app but not switching due to support. Now businesses can get trained in retail stores, get setup with Mac’s and offers support for the long haul.

Apple’s support has been excellent in my experience and the best thing added to this is just that. I am sure they aren;t perfect but it may be better than calling in the Geek Squad, your nephew or trying to take IT into your own hands.
